Required Skills:

1. Strong ecommerce experience (preferably retail) &#8211; 2 years
2. Strong Ruby on Rails &#8211; 2 years
3. RJS &#8211; 1 Year
4. ActiveRecord &#8211; 2 years
5. AJAX library (Prototype, Scriptaculous, JQuery, MooTools, etc.) &#8211; 1 year
6. MySQL &#8211; 1 year
7. SQL &#8211; 2 year
8. Javascript &#8211; 2 years
9. Ruby &#8211; 2 years
10. At least 3 years software development experience 
11. Strong Interpersonal Skills with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users
12. HTML &#8211; 2 years

Desirable Skills:

1.	Mac OS X Leopard
2.	RedHat Linux Enterprise Edition
3.	HAML
4.	SASS
5.	Capistrano
6.	CSS
