Modea 2009-11-06T19:08:38Z Job Description A Senior Creative Developer works hand in hand with members of the Creative Design group to bring to life highly interactive and immersive on-line experiences. The primary role of this position is to develop on the Flash platform using Actionscript 3. Work includes microsites, Flash games, and multi-lingual template-based interactive content. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with different types of people in various groups of our company. Nearly every project involves complex back-end integration using webservices. This role also requires a strong desire to stay on the forefront of new technologies including Adobe AIR, Flash 10, Papervision3D, XNA, Objective-C for the iPhone/iPod Touch platform. Knowledge and Responsibilities • You have a passion for solving problems and participating in the creative conceptualization of new projects • You have a portfolio site or examples that clearly demonstrate your abilities for this position • You work well under the pressure of deadlines • Your work demonstrates a high level proficiency in AS3 • You develop object-oriented (OOP) code in an event-driven runtime • You have intimate knowledge of the Flash CS3/CS4, Flashdevelop, FlexSDK, and a working knowledge of FlexBuilder 3 • You have experience interacting with server-side systems using REST and SOAP web services • You can quickly adapt to the changing needs of an Agile development process • You have excellent communication skills • You have the desire to lead and mentor members of the team • Extra consideration given to those with Objective-C and iPhone development, Microsoft XNA and/or Augmented Reality experience false 5806 Please go to www.modea.com/careers to apply.
